*We have experience and expertise in preparing residential appraisal reports that meet Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac UAD requirements and other federal mortgage guidelines.
Commercial Products
We offer comprehensive appraisal reports of retail, office, mixed-use, industrial, and other commercial income-producing properties. We can prepare a self-contained narrative report, or a scaled-down evaluation report that can be customized based on the scope of work that is required.
